This Chamber Summons is taken out to amend the plaint so as to implead the Offcial Liquidator appointed in respect of defendant no.1 - Company, which has been ordered to be wound up.

For the reasons stated in the affdavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer Clause (a).

The plaintiff shall carry out the necessary amendment in accordance with the Schedule-A appended to the Chamber Summons within a period of three weeks.

The plaintiff shall serve copy of the amended plaint on the Offcial Liquidator and the other defendants, within four weeks thereafter.

Stand over to 13th March, 2020.
