The Plaintiff seeks liberty to bring before the Court the prospective purchasers interested in purchasing the mortgaged property. He submits that the Plaintiff be allowed to show the mortgaged property to the prospective purchasers who are interested in purchasing the same. The Court Receiver shall allow the Plaintiff to show the mortgaged property to the prospective purchasers. If any costs is incurred by the Court Receiver for the said purpose, the same shall be borne by the Plaintiff. The above Report is accordingly disposed of.
