The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertaking recorded in the consent terms are accepted. Learned advocate for the judgment creditor states that Mr.Allwyn Patekar, Manager, SBI Cards is authorized to settle the dispute and to sign the consent terms. The statement is accepted. 2.

The execution application with notice are disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
