1. By this application, the respondent seeks extension of time for completing arbitration proceedings and making the award. At the hearing of this application, both learned counsel state that not only time needs to be extended but the sole arbitrator will also have to be substituted since the earlier arbitrator has been appointed as Lokayukta, State of Maharashtra. 3. In view thereof, I pass the following order :- (i) By consent, Shri R.C. Chavan, Former Judge of this court is appointed as Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon claims and counter claims, if any, (ii) Time to make the award is extended upto 31 st March, 2022.

(iii) No adjournments will be sought before the Sole Arbitrator except under exceptional circumstances.

(iv) IA is disposed in the above terms.

(iv) No costs.
