The above Interim Application is filed seeking amendment of the above Writ Petition to join proposed Respondent Nos.5 to 13 as Party Respondents to the above Writ Petition. They are basically all Banks and which form a part of the consortium lead by Bank of India. 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bank of India (Original Respondent No.4) has stated that she has instructions to even appear for all the proposed Respondents. She fairly submitted that this being a formal amendment, there cannot be any real opposition for the same. In these circumstances, proposed Respondent Nos.5 to 13 are directed to be joined as Party Respondents to the above Writ Petition as per Schedule-I of the above Interim Application. Additionally, the Petitioner is permitted to amend the Petition as per Schedule -II of the said Interim Application as well. The amendments shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on the Advocates for all the Respondents (including the newly added Respondents), within a period of two weeks thereafter. 3.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
