Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in Reply to the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a)The Plaintiffs be permitted to amend the Plaint and pleading in terms of Schedule of amendment annexed hereto;" 3.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. A copy of the amended Plaint shall be forthwith served on the Defendants. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
