Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per rules. Notice of Motion No.1461 of 2015 also stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 2.

The Plaintiff undertakes to this Court to also withdraw the Appeal No.541 of 2015 filed by her against the order dated10-10-2015 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Notice of Motion No.1461 of 2015 in the above Suit. The undertaking is accepted. All allegations made by the Plaintiff and Defendant No.2 against each other in the above Suit as well as in the Appeal stands unconditionally withdrawn.
