The learned counsel for the Appellants submits that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this Appeal. The Appeal, therefore, is allowed to be withdrawn, on account of settlement of the dispute out of Court, and stands disposed of as such. 3.

In view of the above, the Notice of Motion (Lodging) No.1677 of 2015 pending in the Appeal does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.
