This application filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 ("Act"), seeks assistance of this Court in terms of issuance of witness summons to the witness named in prayer clause -(a). The Arbitrator has already passed an order on 20 June 2017 permitting the Petitioners to apply to this Court under Section 27 of the Act. There is no opposition to the Arbitration Petition despite service. The Arbitration Petition is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of prayer clause -(a). Office to accordingly issue the witness summons with returnable date and time to be indicated as 9 August 2017 at 05.30 p.m. at the Conference Room of Mr. Amit Jamsandekar, 1st Floor, Examiner Press Building, Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai.
