The learned Counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that the subject area has gone under redevelopment and, therefore, the public toilet has to be demolished, which was used on "Pay and Use" basis since last many years. On the instructions from Mr. Kishor Gandhi, AC & Ms. Nirja Kolte, S.E. of the Corporation and Mr. Said Ismail Sazdar, SE, SRA, who are present in the court, it is submitted by the learned counsel that another toilet block at 300 mtrs. from the subject location is existing, which can be used by the petitioner's members.

In case the petitioner-Association still wants the public toilet in the nearby vicinity, they may file comprehensive representation to the concerned Addl. Commissioner of the Corporation. 3.
