Mr. Pranav Chavan, i/b. Mr. Naved Chawdhary, Advocate for the Defendants.

To-day, Mr. Chavan, Advocate instructed by Mr. Naved Chawdhary, Advocate appeared and states that earlier Advocate Mr. Madhukar Mulay had given his no objection and Mr. Naved Chawdhary is in process of filing his vakalatnama. He, therefore, requested for sometime.

At his request time is granted. Mr. Chavan is directed to file his vakalatnama, within a period of one week from to-day. Mr. Chavan further states that he has to verify whether draft decree has been received by them and also requested time to go through the papers and proceedings including draft decree. He further states that he will request to the Advocate for the Plaintiff to provide copy of the draft decree, if he does not found in his record.
