The learned AGP states that subsequent to the filing of the instant petition, the present petitioner had filed Writ Petition bearing No.2986 of 2014. In the said writ petition, the averment is made by the petitioner that the property register card is issued to the Uday S. Jagtap

In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition does not survive.
