I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and have perused the documents annexed to the affidavit in support of the Judges' Order. The petitioner seeks permission to sell the Flat No.B-31/C described in the Judges' Order. The petitioner was the husband of the deceased and has been granted Letter of Administration by this Court on 16th December, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said deceased died issueless and has left behind her no other legal heirs save and except the petitioner herein. The petitioner now seeks permission to sell the said flat. In my view, the petitioner has made out a case for permission for 1/2
