The counsel for applicant states that the claim of petitioner is only for Rs.14,650/- and he is rendering Pro Bono services to petitioner. The counsel states that in view of the explanation given in the affidavit in support, the delay be condoned and a self-operating order dated 16th December 2015 be recalled.

If objections are not removed as stated above, Company Application will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
