The Notice of Motion is taken out for restoration of Writ Petition (Lodging) No.2935 of 2017. The Writ Petition was placed for orders before the Prothonotary and Senior Master on 23rd January, 2018. The Prothonotary and Senior Master directed the Petitioner's Advocate to

2/2 52-nmw.309.2018.doc remove office objections and get the same numbered and registered on or before 13th February, 2018, failing which the Petition to stand rejected under Rule 986 of the Original Side Rules.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner makes a statement that all office objections raised by the Registry would be removed within two weeks from today.

In view of aforesaid and for the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The Writ Petition (Lodging) No.2935 of 2017 stands restored to file.
