Pursuant to order dated 25 th September, 2018 the petitioners have today filed affidavit-cum-undertaking affirmed in this Court by which they have undertaken as follows :

"We say that we undertake not to harass parents and will settle the matter amicably within the period of two months starting from today's date. We say that we will vacate the premises within the period of two months unconditionally on or before 25 th November, 2018."

Both petitioners are present in Court and confirm the contents of the undertaking and to abide by it. I therefore pass the following order : (i) Undertaking is accepted. In view of the undertaking to vacate the impugned order shall remain stayed till 25 th November 2018. Petition is accordingly disposed (ii) In view of the disposal of the petition, notice of motion does not survive, notice of motion is also disposed of. (iii) No costs.
