The order dated 25.4.2016 reads as under :- "None for the Applicant. The matter was listed at Sr.No.909 on today's board. The board was published on 23rd April 2016. None were present in the morning session. The matter was kept back. A notice was circulated on the electronic display indicator about the matter being kept back. The names of the Applicant and his Advocate are correctly shown. They are called out. None appears. The Chamber Summons is dismissed."
