We are informed that the Securitization Application No.235 of 2019 has been filed by the Petitioner before the DRT and the same is likely to be taken up tomorrow i.e. 5 July 2019. We are further informed that the possession of the secured asset viz. Flat No.102, 1st floor, A-Wing, The Ameya Apartment Condominium, Kamalaya Opp.Kotehswar Niwas, Vile Parle (E), Mumbai-400 067 is scheduled to be taken tomorrow at 12.30 p.m.

In view of the fact that the matter is already due to come up before the DRT tomorrow, we permit the Petitioner to mention the matter before the DRT at 11 a.m. to hear the SA for urgent reliefs before 12.30 p.m., Uday.P.Kambli 1/2
