The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd Respondent on instructions of Mr. Ulhas Mahale, Executive Engineer states that appropriate decision shall be taken on the proposal submitted by the Applicant's Architect in terms of clause (b) of paragraph 16 of order dated 26th March, 2018 within a period of two weeks from today. We accept the said statement. We direct the concerned officer to communicate the decision within a period of three weeks from today to the Applicant's Architect.

It will be open for the Respondent No.2 - Municipal 1/2
