The Notice of Motion is misconceived. It seeks discharge of the Caveats on the ground of the Caveators have no "locus standi" to file the Caveat. This is clearly incorrect. The Petition is for Letters of Administration. The Caveators are the great grand children of the deceased, the sons of his grand daughter. They have clearly stated that they are among the heirs of the deceased. This is sufficient. 2.

The Notice of Motion is without substance and is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
