This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Mr Vishal Kanade was appointed as an Arbitrator on 28th October 2016. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration soon thereafter. The evidence of the Claimant is complete and the cross-examination of the respondent's first witness is underway.

Parties agreed to an initial extension of six months. The arbitral mandate ended on 29th April 2019.
