1. This is an arbitration petition under section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1966. Both learned counsel state that the petitioner's only witness is currently under cross examination. There is only one witness to be examined by the respondent. Accordingly, time to complete arbitration proceeding is extended upto 31 st March, 2022. No further extension shall be sought and the tribunal is requested not to grant adjournments unless circumstances are exceptional.
