No substantial relief is sought against defendant nos.3 and 4, viz., The District Collector Mumbai Suburban and The Tahsildar Andheri. Ofcourse, there is an interim relief being sought restraining defendant nos.3 and 4 from altering the entries in revenue records except in favour of plaintiff. The petition seeks relief under Section 80 (2) of the Code of Civil Procedure for complying with the requirements of Section 80 (1) - Notice. In view of the averments made in the petition and in the additional affidavit of one Sudhir Achutan Potheri affirmed on 24th July, 2017 and relief sought in the plaint, the petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause - (a). Leave granted.
