By this application, the Applicant seeks permission to delete Petitioner No. 2 from the array of parties in the petition, which has been filed for grant of Letters of Administration. 2.

Copy of the death certificate of original Petitioner No. 2 is placed on record, which shows that the Petitioner No. 2 expired on 17th April, 2023.

Considering the contents of the application, supported by the documents filed therewith, this Court is inclined to allow the present application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and Petitioner No. 2 is deleted from the array of parties.

Consequential amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. 6.

Considering the fact that the only Petitioner now before this Court is aged about 82 years, the office is directed to take expeditious steps in the matter.
