The application seeks directions to the Official Liquidator to execute the conveyance of the property described in prayer clause (b). There is a long delay in execution of the conveyance ordered by this Court in its order dated 30 March 1995. The delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The applicant shall submit a draft deed of assignment to the Official Liquidator. After the draft is approved by the Official Liquidator, the applicant shall prepare a final Deed of Assignment on stamp paper and submit the same to the Official Liquidator for execution. The Official Liquidator shall thereupon execute the Deed of Assignment and take requisite steps for registration of the same. The execution of the Deed of Assignment shall be accomplished within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of the draft Deed by the applicant to the Official Liquidator in accordance with this order. The Applicant shall pay costs of Rs.15,000/- to the Official Liquidator. The application is disposed of accordingly.
