None for the petitioner. Even on 5 August 2019 when the matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioner. The Court accordingly, dismissed this petition for want of prosecution. Later on as learned Advocate for the petitioner had moved at 5 p.m. on the same day, the Court has restored the petition. Thereafter, this petition has remained pending. 2.

It was called out for hearing on 21 November 2019 when none appeared for the petitioner. Learned Advocate for the respondents were asked to give notice of today'

s hearing to the Advocate for the petitioner. It was informed that a notice was issued and the learned Advocate who is representing the petitioner, has refused to accept the notice. When the matter is called out for hearing today, neither the representative of the petitioner is present nor the Advocate who has filed the proceedings, is present. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this proceedings. 3.
