Heard Ms.Damania, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Shah, learned Counsel for the respondents. 2.

This is a petition filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act") whereby the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent to produce all the partnership deeds along with all amendments thereto and retirement deeds in respect of three occupant firms.

After this petition was heard for sometime, Mr.Shah, learned Counsel for the respondents on instructions of his client who is present in the Court, states that the said deeds of partnership along with all amendments thereto in respect of three occupant firms, as sought by the petitioner before the arbitral tribunal, and subject matter of the application of the petitioner before the arbitral tribunal and the arbitral

4-arbp 855-19 tribunal's order dated 15 September 2018, shall be provided to the petitioner within one week from today.

In view of the fair stand taken on behalf of the respondents to supply the copies of the said documents as prayed for, the adjudication of this petition is not called for.

The petition is disposed of accepting the statement as made on behalf of the respondents as noted above. No costs. 6.

All contentions of the parties on merits of the disputes are expressly kept open.

Needless to clarify that information which is being supplied as regards the partnership deeds and amendments thereto in respect of 3 occupant firms would be strictly used by the petitioner for the purposes of arbitration proceeding and for no other purpose. [G.S. KULKARNI, J.]
