The only grievance of the Petitioners is that Respondent No.3 has not decided the applications filed by the Petitioners despite several requests being made for expediting the hearing of this petition. 2.

Since this is the only relief prayed by the Petitioners, in our view, the writ petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.3 to decide the applications filed by the Petitioners. 3.

Hence, we direct Respondent No.3 to decide the applications filed by the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks and in any case, within a period of 12 weeks on 1/2
