As I noted this Petition was filed for Letters of Administration with Will annexed in respect of one Dosibai Phirozshah Godrej, who is very much alive. Mr Saraf entered appearance with permission on her behalf. It seems that on 11th January 2018 the Petitioner Babulal Dhanwari Jaiswal himself has passed away.
