501. TP/1888/2019 P. C. : Ms. Anisha Didwania i/b NDB Law Advocate for the Petitioner

1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner produced draft of the Judge's order along with affidavit of the petitioner, copy of draft sale deed. Upon perusal of the draft and Copy of the Grant available in the petition, the description of the property is appeared to be correct. In a draft wording regarding distribution of sale proceed are not included. Hence, the Ld. Advocate to add these wording and to carry out other minor corrections.

Though in a draft of the Judges Order reference regarding consent affidavits of the legal heirs are mentioned, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner has not produced consent affidavit of legal heirs of the deceased. However, it is mentioned in a Judge's order that it is annexed with the draft of the Judge's order. Hence, petitioner to comply following requisitions:

1.Petitioner to file corrected draft of the Judge's order;

2.Petitioner to file consent affidavits of legal heirs of the deceased;

3.

Upon comply the above requisitions and found that the Judge's Order is complete in all respect, office to place the draft for approval and to proceed to number the draft of the Judge's order.

4. Removed from the board.
