By this Judge's order, the petitioner seeks permission to sell immovable property described in the Judge's order. The petitioner has been granted Letters of Administration dated 31st March 2017. Consent affidavits of all the legal heirs are annexed granting full and free consent for permission to sell the property mentioned in Schedule-I of the petition without justifying surety for their respective shares. 2.

The applicant/petitioner has made out a case for reliefs as prayed. I have therefore signed the judge's order. The judge's order is accordingly disposed of.
