After this writ petition was argued for some time and we were disinclined to grant any reliefs, interim or ad-interim, leave is sought to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings.

Needless to clarify that the petitioners have approached this Court to challenge a notice under Section 354 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporations Act 1888 and the notice is not demonstrably perverse or proved to be vitiated by arbitrariness or mala fides.
