The New India Rayon Mills Company Limited (the Company) is out of liquidation. In view thereof, the above Application filed by the Applicant seeking directions against the Official Liquidator to readjudicate its claim will not survive. The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant therefore seeks to withdraw the above Application with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings against the Company. The above Application is therefore disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
