Heard the Counsel and also considered the affidavit in support and the documents annexed thereto.

The Applicant was an employee of the Company inliquidation.The Applicant has filed the affidavit of proof of debt but, the same came to be rejected on the ground that the Applicant had not obtained condonation of delay from this Court.

Having considered the affidavit-in-support and the documents annexed thereto, in my view,it is a fit case to grant prayer clauses (a) (b and (c).

The same are hereby granted. The delay in the Applicant filing his proof of debt is also condoned. The Official Liquidator to adjudicate the affidavit of proof of debt dated 28 August 2007 in accordance with law.

Application is disposed of.
