By this petition filed under Section 2 of the Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827, the petitioner, son of the deceased Mr.Krishna Mahadeo Pawar seeks issuance of a Legal Heirship Certificate. 2.

The said deceased died at Mumbai on 2nd August 2012 intestate. The names of the legal heirs and next of kin are disclosed in paragraph 4 of the petition. Parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. It is stated that save and except the legal heirs mentioned in paragraph 4 of the petition, there are no other legal heirs and next of kin of the deceased. Death certificate of the deceased is annexed to the petition. The petitioner has filed consent affidavits of the remaining legal heirs grating full and free consent for grant of Legal Heirship Certificate in favour of the plaintiff without justifying surety for their respective shares in the estate of the deceased. No objections given by the other legal heirs are taken on record. Statements made in the petition are accepted.

Miscellaneous petition is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B). Proclamation is dispensed with. No order as to costs.
