P.C. :- It is informed that the Appeal is already presented to the Maharashtra Revenue Appellate Tribunal challenging order passed

It is further informed by the learned counsel appearing for Respondents that the Chairman of the Maharashtra Revenue Appellate Tribunal is entrusted with the charge to deal with the matters falling within the jurisdictional authority of the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal Mumbai, in exercise of powers under section 43 of RERA Act. In this view of the matter, it would be open for the Petitioner to move the Chairman, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal who has been entrusted with the jurisdictional authority to deal with the Appeals. With liberty as aforesaid, the Petition is disposed of. All the contentions raised by the parties in the Writ Petition are kept open for consideration by the Appellate forum.
