2. Learned Advocate for the Plaintiff states that parties have arrived at a settlement. In view thereof, she wishes to vacate the order of arrest dated 23rd June 2015 and to withdraw the suit. She further states that there is no caveat against release.
3. In view of the same, the suit is allowed to be withdrawn, the order of arrest is vacated, and the Defendant vessel m.v. C IRIS stands released from arrest. Refund of Court Fees as per Rules. Poundage payable by the Plaintiff as per Rules.
