NOTICE OF MOTION NO.970 OF 2014 Mr. Pawar, counsel for the applicant states that today itself he will collect the details of the Prothonotary and Senior Master's bank account and advice his client to remit the amount as directed by this court not later than 15th February, 2017.

After remitting the amount the applicant shall also forward a copy of their final statement of account to the advocate for the plaintiff and advocate for the defendants. Not later than 16th February, 2017 the Gauri Gaekwad

2/2 51.NMS-970-2014.doc advocate for the applicant shall also address a communication to the Prothonotary and Senior Master enclosing the final statement of account and also informing the Prothonotary and Senior Master that the amount has been transferred to his account.

The Prothonotary and Senior Master shall invest the amount in Fixed Deposit with a nationalised bank initially for a period of one year to be renewed from year to year unless otherwise ordered by this court. In view of the above, the notice of motion accordingly stands disposed.
