Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition in view of letter dated 23.10.2018 (Exh."X" page 84-E) with liberty to fle a fresh petition for same cause of action as and when Annuxure-II issued by the Authority. To that efect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identifcation. Same is accepted. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
