The Petitioner has challenged the notice under section 95-A (3) of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 dated 5.7.2017. Considering the contents, at this stage, by keeping the defence open, we are permitting the Petitioner to make a representation to the concerned authorities within seven days.
