Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that petitioner would apply for enforcement of the order dated 11th March, 2015 passed by this court to the Court Receiver within three weeks from today and will pay all requisite costs, charges and fees of the learned Court Receiver including payment of Rs.3,000/- towards the cost of this application. Statement is accepted. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not approach the office of the Court Receiver for enforcement of the order dated 11th March, 2015 within three weeks and does not pay the costs, charges and expenses incurred so far including payment of Rs.3,000/-, the interim order passed by this court on 11th March, 2015 to stand vacated without further reference to court. Court Receiver's Report is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. [R.D. DHANUKA, J.]
