Mr. Nadar appearing for ex-director Mr.Narasimhan Narayanan states that Mr.Narasimhan Narayanan has filed undated statement of affairs with affidavit in support dated 18th September 2017. Shri Aithe, company prosecutor states that the same is not in the form as required and cannot be accepted as statement of affairs.

So far as the other director- Mr.Panchapikesa Subramania Saminathan is concerned, Shri Aithe states that he has been served on 27th September 2017. Therefore, Shri Aithe seeks order in terms of prayer clause (a) so far as Mr.Panchapikesa Subramania Saminathan is concerned. The same is granted.

If Mr.Narasimhan Narayanan, the other Ex-director does not file the statement of affairs within further two weeks granted, as per required format, the official liquidator shall file a fresh OLR. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Shraddha Talekar PS 2/2
