We do not find it necessary to go into merits of the controversy. Appeal filed by Petitioner before Appellate Authority in the matter of Slum Rehabilitation is pending since 2018. Only prayer is to direct the Appellate Authority to decide it expeditiously.

During hearing we found that old matters are still pending. In this situation, we grant Petitioner leave to move that authority for expeditious consideration and to make out a case for grant of out of turn hearing. If such application is moved within one week from today, the Appellate Authority shall take decision within next two weeks.
