The only grievance of the Petitioner is that he has filed application before the High Power Committee and it is not decided so far though it was pending for some time. This being the only relief of the Petitioner, petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the High Power Committee to decide the Application No. 28/2012 of the Petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 16 weeks. Petitioner would be at liberty to take out an interim application in the said proceeding. If such an application is filed by the Petitioner, the High Power Committee shall decide the same on merits and in accordance with law within 4 weeks. Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
