We are not satisfied with the way the petitions are signed and verified, particularly as regards petitioner no.2. The letter of authority to sign and verify is not proper. Therefore, petitioner no.2 is given an opportunity to correct the errors and therefore, shall personally come to the High Court and re-sign and verify the petitions before the Associate of this Court or the Commissioner of Oath of this court tomorrow, i.e. 28th September 2022. We have granted an adjournment even on an earlier occasion on the same issue.
