Heard Mr. Parkar, learned Counsel for petitioner and Mr. Helekar, learned Counsel for respondent-union at length. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for the parties have tendered the consent terms dated 28.01.2015 duly signed by the parties and their Advocates. Mr. Parkar states that Mr. Nilesh Agrawal, Senior Manager of the petitioner is present in the Court. Mr. Helekar states that Mr. V. V. Varghese, General Secretary of the respondent-union is present along with Mr. Suresh Kadam, Mr. Ravi Jagtap and Mr. Balkrishna Gamre. The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the petitioner has agreed to pay Rs.2,25,000/-, Rs.70,000/- and Rs.60,000/- to Mr. Ravindra Jagtap, Mr. Suresh Kadam and Mr. Balkrishna Gamre respectively towards full and final settlement of all their claims with the petitioner arising out of the charter of demands dated 12.10.2011 raised on their behalf by the respondent-union. The consent terms further provide that amount of Rs.

2,75,000/-, Rs.1,30,000/- and Rs.40,000/- towards legal dues will be paid by separate cheques to Mr. Ravindra Jagtap, Mr. Suresh Kadam and Mr. Balkrishna Gamre respectively on 30.01.2015 before the Labour Court.

WP2312_13.sxw state that Petition can be disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The undertakings given by the petitioner in Clauses 4 and 5 are accepted. Parties have tendered photocopies of identity cards, which are taken on record and marked 'Y' collectively for identification. 3.

After perusing the consent terms and after hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the parties, I am satisfied that the controversy between the parties is lawfully and amicably settled in terms of the consent terms. In view thereof, impugned order stands substituted by the consent terms and the Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
