The appearance shown in the order dated 3rd / 5th / 9th March 2015 be corrected as follows :

(i) In stead of "Mr.Rohan Mathews instructed by M/s.Ganesh & Co. for Defendant Nos.4 and 5 in Suit No.973/2014", be corrected as "Mr.Rohan Mathur instructed by M/s.Ganesh & Co. for Defendant Nos.4 and 5 in Suit No.973/2014".

(ii) The appearance of Mr.Siddharth Murarka be shown for the Plaintiff in Suit No.703/2013.

(iii) In the third last sentence of para 6, the date of the order mentioned as "20 January 2012" should be corrected as

sat 2/2 nms 20-2015.doc "20 January 2010".

(iv) In paragraph 9, the last sentence appearing on page 9, the sentence "i.e. 26 April 2012, a sum of Rs.1.65 crores was repaid be K.K. Welding to Wed by an RTGS" be corrected as "i.e. 26 April 2012, a sum of Rs.1.65 crores was repaid by Wed to K.K. Welding by an RTGS."

(v) In para 10 of the order, in the fist sentence, the words "for possession" be added between the words "the claim" and "of Bell Finvest".

(vi) In para 12, in the 7th line from the top appearing on page 12, the words "Rs.34 lacs" should be corrected as "Rs.32 lacs".

(vii) In the first sentence of para 14, the words " first floor" be corrected as "ground floor".

(viii) In para 19, in the last sentence, the date "6 April 2015" should be corrected as "15 April 2015".

The corrections be carried out in the original order as well as the order uploaded on the server.
