One Jafar Nadir Kama filed Chamber Summons No. 841 of 2012 for impleadment in this Trust Petition filed under Section 2(r) of the Waqf Act, 1995 and Section 34 of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. That Chamber Summons was allowed by BP Colabawala J on 8th December 2017 permitting the third party Applicant to intervene (but not joining Jafar as a Respondent).

It seems that since then, for nearly a year now, the Petitioners have not come to Court. They were not present on 12th January 2018 and 31st January 2018. On 9th March 2018, their Advocate stated that there were no instructions from the Petitioners. On 4th April 2018, SC Gupte J noted that the Petitioners' Advocates had taken a discharge. The Court directed notice to be issued to the 19th November 2018

None appears for the Petitioners today. The Trust Petition is dismissed.
