Perused the Report. The Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a)In view of paragraph Nos.7 and 10 hereinabove, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of the lumpsum rent amount of Rs.2,85,667/- less TDS per month to the landlord Mr. Purushottam Mukunddas Lohia for occupying the area approximately 8,570 sq.ft. of the premises at 5th floor, building No.1, Commerzone, Survey Nos.144, 145 Samrat Ashok Path, Off. Airport Road, Yerwada, Pune 411 006 till the ssp 1/2

olr 140 of 2017 (905).sxw disposal of technical assets from the month of June, 2017 onwards; (b)In view of paragraph Nos.7 and 10 hereinabove, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of the arrears of rent amounting to Rs.2,58,200/- less TDS for the period from 14th December, 2016 to 31st May, 2017 to Mr. Purushottam Mukunddas Lohia of passage area admeasuring 1,388 sq. ft. occupied by the Official Liquidator; 2.
