The chamber summons seeks condonation of delay of 107 days in filing the affidavit in support of the caveat. It also seeks to replace the original caveat, since the caveat did not adhere to the prescribed form. For the reasons stated in para 2 of the affidavit in support of the chamber summons, the delay is condoned and the Applicants / Caveators are allowed to replace Caveat (Lodging) No.129 of 2017. The Caveators' affidavit in support of the substituted caveat is taken on record. The chamber summons is disposed of accordingly.
